If you're anything like me, you've set a million goals in your life. Setting the goal is the easy part; seeing it through can be more tricky! Here's where the word intention comes into play: a commitment to carrying out an action that involves mental activities such as planning and forethought.

So, a goal is what you want to do, and an intention is a commitment to do it, but with an action plan!

So, let's start with commitment. Obviously, as a health professional, my goal is to help you, my client, to thrive. 2020 has been an incredibly stressful and challenging year for all of us. We're coming up on a year in this circumstance. You now know what you're up against, and it's time to take control and get clear on what you want from your health, despite the circumstances or possibly because of them! Do you want to lose weight, build your immune system, have more energy, or just be happier? What would that feel like? Describe it in a few sentences. If you're so motivated, write a novel about it! What could you do if you reached this health goal that you cannot do now? How would that change your life?

Assuming that feeling is "worth it," and you truly want to get there, what are you willing to do to feel that? Daily actions feed intention and give you something immediate to do towards your goal. What can you do each month, week, day, etc., to act toward that intention?

I want to help you to get there. I am dedicated to helping you to see your intention through. Let's do this together!

Take control of your health and stay committed throughout the year.

Warm Regards, Tracy Abraham, President of Amplify Health & Wellness
